What to prepare for your call

Paper and Pen

You may want to take some notes as important points or insights come up during the call, or to jot down the action items you identify, so be sure to have some paper and pen on hand!

Your Chosen Topic for the Session

Reflect on the challenges you're facing at the moment, and select a topic/challenge that would be of most value for us to work on during our call.

This topic may be related to challenges you are facing while integrating what you're learning into your life (e.g. difficulties figuring out when to do the exercises), or a situation you're facing at work or at home that is important for you to work on and tackle.

[Optional] Have a think about what you would like to have out of the call e.g. a plan on how to approach a team member who is not performing, a reminder I can use to recenter myself before a meeting etc. If you don't know yet, no worries, we'll figure it out together during the call!

Your Presence and Enthusiasm!

I would request that you put aside distractions and other work so that you can be entirely present during our call. This might mean putting your phone away, minimising other windows, and turning off notifications.

Also, we will be using video during our calls, so do be prepared to turn your camera on.

And of course, do come (on time) with an open mind and heart!

Note: If something happens and you know you are unable to be present during the call, do reschedule the call (email me if it's last minute), and take care of yourself!
